Music stops at 11pm and you have 1/2 hour to conclude the event
Each additional hour - $100p/hr

Music stops at 10pm and you have 1/2 hour to conclude the event
Each additional hour - $100p/hr
*Rental includes 6hrs for your event and 30min for clean-up post event
Tables and chairs included in rental price
Outdoor patio with chairs and umbrellas included in rental price
Large parking lot that can be used for parking and/or party amenities (ex: bounce house)
